Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • Zuccini Kids has a return policy that can be applied on defective items or if the item has been mistakenly shipped to you.

  • The returned items must be in good conditions with original hang tags, labels and packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been soiled or if the tags are missing, therefore it is a requirement to send pictures of damage and/or any defect on the item in order to process the reimbursement.

  • The return form must be entered within 15 days since the items is received. Items on sale are not eligible for a return.

  • We can only accept returns that have been purchased through our website.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return has been reviewed, we will send an email confirming if the
    return has been approved or denied, if the return has been approved, the refund will be apply within 5 – 10 business days.
