HOW TO ORDER.

Placing An Order.

Via Sales Representative.

  2. Our sales representative will provide you with a Zuccini Order Form to fill out with the desired items (preferably typed).
  3. Review contents on Zuccini Order Form.
  4. Once reviewed, email or fax Zuccini Order Form to our sales representative.

Directly With Us.

  2. Our Zuccini Team will provide you with a Zuccini Order Form to fill out with the desired items (preferably typed).
  3. Review contents on Zuccini Order Form.
  4. Once reviewed, email Zuccini Order Form to orders@zuccinikids.com.
    No Order Cancellations Accepted After 15 Days of Order Placement. Any cancelation after this period will result in the charging of 50% of the customer’s total order.

Important Requirements.

Minimum Order.

A minimum order of $500 must be placed in order to be processed.

Sizing Requirements.

For cutting purposes, it is required that items are ordered in even and complete size ranges:
Infants 3M, 6M, 9M / 12 M, 18M, 24M
Little Girl 2T, 3T, 4T
Big Girl 4, 5, 6, 6X / 7, 8,10
Please Note Orders WILL NOT BE PROCESSED until Customer has provided all corresponding payment information.

Return & Exchange Policy.

In order to Return or Exchange Merchandise

  1. Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and all tags MUST be attached
  2. To place a claim, send us an email at orders@zuccinikids.com. You MUST include: Style Number, Size, Quantity and Reason for Return/Exchange
  3. Please allow 5-10 bussiness days for claim has been processed
  4. Zuccini Corp will notify you once claim has been processed, along whith the corresponding Return Authorization, credit or refund, and UPS CALL TAG wit proper return instructions.

Important Information.

No returns or changes will be accepted after 10 days of receiving order.

Items on SALE or DISCOUNT are NON RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.

Shipping and Handling Charges are NON REFUNDABLE

Zuccini Corp IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any UNAUTHORIZED retuns and WILL NOT reimburse, credit or make changes to customer’s invoice until clain has been property authorized and processed.

If direct shipping is chosen and package is returned to Zuccinid Corp without proper authorization, customer is responsible for all shipment and lost packages fees.
